Release a team app
If you're the owner or administrator of a team, it's your responsibility to review apps submitted by members of the team. Once you complete this review, you can choose to release or reject the app.
To release a team app:
  1. 1.
    Navigate to canva.com/teams.
  2. 2.
    Switch to the Apps tab.
  3. 3.
    Find the app you're looking for.
  4. 4.
    Click Release.
  5. 5.
    In the dialog that appears, click Release app.
When you release a team app, Canva sends an email to the creator of the app and immediately makes the app available to members of the team.
Unlike public apps, Canva doesn't translate team apps.
